Galley
This picture shows the galley and the modifications we have made.
A hanging cloth with pockets is attached to the stardoard side to hold
silverware, plastic cups, tooth brushes,screwdrivers and reading glasses.
A paper towel holder was made from a dowel. A rope goes through two holes
in the mirror and attaches to each end of the dowel. A shelf was made
from luan plywood with a board coming out and an edge strip. There is a
small top shelf to hold small things (such as pill vials, dental floss,
salt, pepper,etc.). A rubbermaid tub was inset into the counter to hold
dishes and larger items. The tub can be removed to get to the area under
the counter. 
This picture shows the fold down table that stores against the
daggerboard trunk. The leg is held to the table by a hinge and will
drop into place by itself. The table is held in the up position by a shock
cord that goes around the trunk. This is the table what we put our
stove on.
